001 is our medium roast Arabica Castillo Rosario bean cultivated in Marsella, Colombia by Villa Sofia farm at an altitude of 1,375m then carefully hand-picked, wet milled, and sun-dried. Finally, it arrives in Calgary to be roasted to perfection by us, Pour People, to be enjoyed by you and your morning coffee routine.
